Dear Friend,

I believe in pastoring without tears. I believe that every Christian in every church in every community is a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is my conclusion after 14 years of pastoring, two million new converts, 600 church plants in over 35 nations and more than 30,000 members in our Embassy of God Church in Kiev, Ukraine.

When we are Kingdom-addicted and Kingdom-focused on Kingdom principles, the pastors empower, educate and encourage church members, and the church members take the Kingdom of God into the society.

In Ukraine, we have seen a complete change of political processes, just by the Church standing up for Kingdom principles. The principles that are delivering our entire nation from communism and post-communism depression to reshape modern Ukraine will work where you are to bring national transformation.

On February 8, 2008, it was my privilege to launch my first US book containing these Kingdom principles entitled CHURCHSHIFT. This revolutionary book debuted at the SYNERGIZE! Pastors Conference on January 29-31, 2008 in Atlanta, which I was cohosting. This book is accompanied by a workbook that helps local churches affect society and take back their cities and nation for God.

As goes the church, so goes the nation. My goal is to minister a nation-shaping message with the joy of pastoring without tears, help build you and your community, and make our churches more relevant than ever.

We Thank God that he brings up men like Pastor Sunday Adelaja in this present day and age that we are living. I'm using this opportunity to ask Pastor Sunday to please come to Ireland and rescue the body of Christ as the field is white but the reapers are few. I'm writing from Galway in Republic of Ireland. I picked up this book last thursday night and finished it up on saturday evening. I was on a journey but i read it inside the vehicle. I cant drop it until i got to the last page! This book has erupted something in me. It is a must read for men of God. Lets deliver our world!
